How It's Ready handles privacy, safety, and information requests.
These policies explain how we treat user information, what is not allowed on the platform, and how we respond when someone asks for account or platform records.
Privacy
We only use the information needed to run accounts, orders, deliveries, pickup coordination, notifications, and basic product operations.
We do not treat user information as something to share casually. Access should stay limited to what is needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
When we change how information is handled, we may update this page to reflect the current policy.
Discrimination and hateful content
It's Ready may not be used to promote, list, message, or organize content that is hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or targeted at people because of identity or protected characteristics.
That includes slurs, threats, exclusionary listings, hateful imagery, or conduct that encourages harassment or unequal treatment.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that cross this line.
Requests for information
If someone asks for account, order, shop, or platform information, we may require a valid legal basis before sharing anything that is not already public.
We may refuse broad, informal, abusive, or legally insufficient requests. When appropriate, we may narrow the response to the minimum information reasonably required.
User requests
If a user asks for help with their own account details, we may need enough information to confirm they are the account holder before taking action.
We may decline requests that would expose another person's information, private business details, or platform security information.
Safety and enforcement
We may review reports, listings, orders, and account behavior when needed to enforce platform rules, investigate abuse, or respond to safety concerns.
We may remove content, limit access, or preserve records when needed to protect users, the platform, or ongoing legal obligations.
Questions
If you are unsure whether content, conduct, or a request for records fits these policies, do not assume it is allowed just because the product technically permits it.
Use caution first, and expect these policies to favor user safety, privacy, and lawful handling of information.
