Use It's Ready fairly, legally, and at your own responsibility.
These terms apply when you create an account, open a shop, list items, place orders, or otherwise use It's Ready.
Using the app
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, listings, pricing, pickup details, delivery details, and order updates.
Keep your login secure and do not use the app in a way that harms buyers, sellers, or the platform.
Legal items only
You may only list, promote, sell, or deliver items that are legal where you operate.
That includes your local, state, and federal jurisdiction, along with any rules that apply to your product category, labeling, preparation, delivery, or sale.
If an item is restricted, licensed, age-gated, or prohibited where you do business, do not list it on It's Ready.
Your compliance
You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, permits, taxes, health rules, and business requirements that apply to your shop and your orders.
It's Ready does not give legal advice and does not guarantee that any listing or workflow is compliant in your area.
Orders and handoff
Sellers are responsible for accurate availability, lawful fulfillment, and clear pickup or delivery details. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate arrival and handoff information.
If a transaction should not go forward, either side should stop using the order and contact the other party directly when appropriate.
Platform rights
We may remove listings, suspend access, or close accounts that appear unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, or harmful to the app or its users.
We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use of It's Ready means you accept the current version.
Questions
If a product category has legal or regulatory risk, do not assume it is allowed just because the app can technically support it.
When in doubt, check the rules that apply in your area before listing the item.
